Olive collection
The solutions for the washing stage are designed to guarantee feeding in the olives for crushing without any residues and with little water. We also offer various solutions for leaf removal and branch removal.
Crusher units
The range of Mori-TEM knife crushers allows for easy control, and speed regulation through an inverter. The crusher unit is one of the strong points of the entire production cycle and is designed to bring out the flavours and aromas of the final product. The range also offers depitters for the production of pitted oil.
Malaxer units
The vertical malaxers in the Mori-TEM range are a worldwide exclusive in the oil industry. The innovative system guarantees reduced malaxing times and prevents oxidative processes of the olive paste. The malaxers can have a thermal jacket for temperature control.
Temperature management and control
We offer innovative solutions for temperature management and control of olive paste, also adaptable to pre-existing plants. The machines are built to be cleaned extremely easily.
Plant management panels
The PLC 4.0 solution offers computerised control of every stage of the production process. It also offers direct contact with our assistance, which can intervene in case of need, at any time, speeding up the assistance times.
Extraction units
Two-phase decanters of the range are designed to separate the oil from the olive paste at low temperatures in an efficient and clean manner. Some of our solutions allow the direct transfer to filtration, thereby avoiding the qualitative stress of the final separator.
Pomace control units
We build piston pumps to control pomace coming out of the decanter. The pumps are built to work in continuous cycle and prevent any interruptions in the extraction stage. We also build solutions for the final separation of pomace and pit. The machines are built to separate the pit already dry, avoiding long wait times and handling for drying.
Oil control units
We offer final separators to further clean the oil before the filtration stage. We also offer vats, with one or two sections, to manage the oil coming out of the decanter or out of the final separator.
Bottling
We have solutions for bottling for small, medium and large companies. These machines place under vacuum and deliver nitrogen before capping.
