It can process 30-40 kgs of olives per hour and is recommended for a daily production of approximately 200-300 kgs in 8 hours. Equipped with knife crusher, horizontal malaxer and innovative 2-phase decanter. Also equipped with inverter for the regulation of paste inlet revolutions, flow meter for water dosage, drum washing kit and inverter for adjusting the speed of the paste-feeding auger to decanter.
