The malaxing group is composed of one or two vertical malaxing units; the SINTESI 500 model only can be equipped with three malaxers. All of them are provided with an electric valve for paste inlet and of a PSS_1 pump for transfer to the decanter. Temperature control is available standard with temperature printing reports. The malaxers are closed, and an automatic washing kit is available as an option; a vacuum pump is fitted as standard.
