The machine has been developed to recover immediately the oil from the filtering sheets of the 40×40 filter. The sheet is inserted on the machine table; two opposite rollers squash it making the oil fall into the tray below and eject the sheet outside. The advancement of the sheets is automatic. A pump recovers the oil and sends it to the storage tank. The whole structure is in AISI 304 steel and material for food use.
