SINTESI EQUIPMENT

SINTESI equipment is designed for production of oil with high phenolic level in small and medium-sized farms. Working process can be continuous or discontinuous.

The crusher is separated and provided with an inverter for crushing turns regulation. The handling of oxygen at the crusher inlet is a very important factor allowing the formation of lipoxygenase, thus of flavours; also important for the final product quality is the thermic delta between the paste temperature when entering and when coming out of the crusher.

Malaxation is made inside closed, vertical malaxers, which are designed to obtain light vacuum; temperature control is global. Paste inlet is made through a pump operated by an electric valve and the outlet by a PSS elliptical piston pump put on each single malaxer. Cleaning is facilitated through the total opening of the higher lid, so that there are no areas for possible process wastes. Automatic washing is optionally available.

The horizontal decanter separating liquid from solid is designed in such a way as to obtain the maximum yield with the highest quality; the 2.0 auger is designed to get a cleanest possible product without adding any water; there is no temperature increase during extraction. OLIOMIO 150 PROFY is an all-in-one equipment consisting of FR_250 crusher, 2GL_100 malaxers and a TL_150 decanter equipped with a waste discharge pump. The crusher let the paste go into the malaxer n. 1; once lled, it sends automatically the paste to the malaxer n.2. Then, the pump of malaxer n.2 takes the paste to the decanter. To reach a high quality for the nal product it is important that the temperature di erence between olives inlet and paste outlet isn't higher than 1-2 degrees. LAVATRICE LINEARE LL.10-20

The BINZ lifting/tipping unit is foreseen to blank the olives into the hopper of the olive oil extraction plant.

The container (BINZ) is positioned onto the lifting/tipping unit by means of a transpallet.

The unit is equipped with an hydraulic system operating a piston lifting the container till it is completely empty.

Unit foreseen for lifting container/binz with maximum total weight of 500 kgs. 2 Kw three phase motor.

DRC.3-5 BRANCH REMOVER

DRC_3-5 BRANCH REMOVER to remove branches and leaves from the olives and transfer them to the washing unit. The olives are feed to the hopper by means of an external elevator and go into the basket where a beater with rubber paddles carries out the branch removing. This operation carried out, they fall into the hopper of the belt elevator where the remaining leaves are removed by means of an aspirator positioned at the end. The branches fall from the front side of the machine

DERAMIFICATORE A DISCHI DRD_3E

The disc branch remover DRD_3 provided with belt elevator has been conceived to remove branches and leaves and to lift olives harvested with mechanical devices. It separates the small branches left from harvest and it expulses them towards outside. In that way the olives are conveyed onto the belt elevator; at the end of the belt a blowing machine to remove leaves is fitted. DRD_3 is a separated deleafer, whereas DRD_3E is complete with belt elevator and blowing machine, ideal for installations until 3000 Kg/h.

IDROLAVA 30

IDROLAVA 30 washing machine has been designed to wash olives accurately. The olives fall from the hopper, where a water jet pushes them towards the discharge. In this path, a blower generates turbulence through specific holes, washing the olives effectively. Once the olives have been washed, they fall onto an elevator that moves them to the subsequent machine. During this phase, the olives are washed again with running water and dried by a fan before falling into the hopper of the elevator

IPERLAVA 50

The IPERLAVA unit is intended to accurately wash heavily dirty olives.
The olives fall into the floating hopper where, through a water jet, they are pushed towards the discharge.
During the way and before reaching the vibrating screen, the water is evacuated through specific holes located on the horizontal part of the conduct way.
Rinsing nozzles are situated at the vibrating screen entry; after this, the olives fall into the screw elevator transferring them to the crusher.
A side screw allows to discharge the foreign parts and two sliding drawers under the vibrating screen collect any remaining leaves.
All parts in touch with the product are built in AISI 304 stainless steel or food grade materials.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS

The electrical installations are designed according to the application needs of the plant to be used They are equipped with LED lighting on the active switch to indicate their turning on. As standard they have the display of decanter turns.

AUTOMATIC WASHING GROUP

The washing group is equipped with mechanical floater at the water inlet, washing centrifugal pump and rubber impeller pump for washing recover. Tank capacity approx. 220 lt. Power consumption 3 Kw. The electric panel runs the washing cycle. The group is entirely AISI 304 stainless steel. The CULTIVAR versions are also equipped with vacuum pump and compressor for the vacuum inside the vertical mixers.

LEADER LINEAR SYSTEM

Until now the malaxing process has been based on the time and the temperature, without taking into consideration that these factors, both could badly affect the final result. Nowadays a new malaxing process is available, thanks to the exchanger, that ensures the ideal temperature and reduces enormously the malaxing time. Our models Sintesi and Cultivar are arranged to be equipped with the Leader Linear System, that allows working both continuously and by stop-and-go. By working with stop-and-go phases, the paste remains in the decanter 20 minutes, what is a very short time where any problem coming from the malaxing process is avoided. Working with Leader Linea System you save 30% of electricity.

DECANTER TL.150-200

The extraction group is of latest generation; the paste gets directly into the cylindrical part and goes through its whole length. This gives the advantage of allowing a larger flow-rate, avoiding the stagnation of the vegetation liquid which is present in the conventional two phase system, but above all of facilitating extraction; in practical terms the yield is increased without losing quality. In addition, in this system the central auger pipe is closed, therefore no air gets into the decanter, this being a very important quality factor. It's possible to provide the TL.150-200 with a PSS.1 pump on-board or outside.

DECANTER TL.250-350-500

The internal screw has been designed to obtain a better clarification, wear proof reinforcements are foreseen on specific points. The extraction unit starting is carried out through an hydraulic joint. The oil nozzle exits are adjustable. Under the discharge of the extraction unit there is a motorized auger for external husks discharge. The main frame is enamelled and all parts in contact with the product are built in stainless steel AISI 304 or food grade materials.
The stainless steel cover can be opened for a perfect cleaning.

DECANTER DLX-500

The DLX 500 extraction units has been designed to handle pastes at low temperatures and are foreseen with two exits: the former for oil and the latter for water and husks. Water addition during the extraction phase varies from 0 up to a maximum of 10%. The internal screw has been designed to obtain a better clarification, wear proof reinforcements are foreseen on specific points. The extraction unit starting is carried out through an hydraulic joint. The reducer is cyclo. The oil nozzle exits are adjustable. The main frame is built in AISI 304 stainless steel with anti vibration supports. All parts in contact with the product are built in stainless steel AISI 304 or food grade materials.

DECANTER TL.1500

The TL.1500 extraction units has been designed to handle pastes at low temperatures and are foreseen with two exits: the former for oil and the latter for water and husks. Water addition during the extraction phase varies from 0 up to a maximum of 10%. The internal screw has been designed to obtain a better clarification, wear proof reinforcements are foreseen on specific points. The extraction unit starting is carried out through an hydraulic joint. The oil nozzle exits are adjustable. Under the discharge of the extraction unit there is a motorized auger for external husks discharge. All parts in contact with the product are built in stainless steel AISI 304 or food grade materials.

DECANTER TL.2000

The internal screw has been designed to obtain a better clarification, wear proof reinforcements are foreseen on specific points. The extraction unit starting is carried out through an hydraulic joint. The oil nozzle exits are adjustable. Under the discharge of the extraction unit there is a motorized auger for external husks discharge. All parts in contact with the product are built in stainless steel AISI 304 or food grade materials.

WASTE PIT REMOVERS

Machine specifically studied to separate pits from waste.
It is composed by a loading hopper for waste equipped with feeding unit driven by gear motor.
The waste arrives in the separation basket where it is centrifuged by a beater with 3 wings; the wet material comes out and the pits are discharged from the bank of the machine.
A special cleaning device maintains free the grate and a screw with mono pump send the waste without pits to the storage tank.
For waste with humidity higher than 50% you don’t have to add water.
Pits recovered are about 13-18% of olives processed.
All parts in contact with product are built in AISI 304 stainless steel and food grade material.

SEPARATORE SC-3500

Vertical centrifuge for the olive oil clarification by the elimination of the eventual solid particles and water droplets. The separator is equipped with an electronic system for the starting and the speed control, and a column with a great number of variable thickness stainless steel disks for the phases separation and an automatic sludge discharge system. This high speed rotating centrifuge is made according to the EC and international standards for both the material choice and the construction. The output oil from the separator is ready for the storage or the filtration.

VASCHETTA RICEVIMENTO OLIO CP1 CON FILTRO

A specific pump with rubber impeller drains the vat and transfers the product towards the storage tanks. The CPF.1 version, including filter with plates, is designed to filter the extra virgin olive oil throughout the transfer of the product towards the tanks. The oil collected in the vat is drawn in through the pump and transferred to the plate filter, from which filter it comes out ready to be used. The CP vats can be equipped, as optional, with a mono pump with inverter to transfer the oil to the centrifugal separator.

VASCHETTE CON POMPA SANSA PSS1

Vat with waste discharge pump designed to move out the husks coming out from the extraction unit . The vat has an hopper with screw conveying the husks to the PSS pump. The main frame is stainless steel for both versions. DIN connections on the exit pipes. Vat available both single and three phase and supplied with hose dia. 50mm, length approx. 8 meters.

POMPA A PISTONI

Specifically studied to separate the pits from the olives (depitting operation), this machine is composed of an olive loading hopper equipped with feeding unit driven by gear motor. The olives are transferred to the basket and spun through a three shovel beater so that the depitted paste is discharged separate from the pits (two different outlets). The screen is kept constantly clean through a specific cleaning device and a specific auger feeds the pump transferring the depitted paste to malaxers. The DN.100 pit remover can be equipped with a PSS.1 pump for product transfer through a pipe. The perforated basket can built with all types of perforation so as to fit different types of products, such as pâté, berries (similar to olives). The inverter for turns variation is important to set the proper pit cleaning.

OLIOMIO MINI 50

MINI / 50 - Tutto il gusto dell’olio fatto in casa.

Come funziona l’impianto Oliomio: le olive, una volta defogliate e ben lavate, arrivano alla tramoggia di ricevimento, dove una coclea azionata da un motoriduttore alimenta il frangitore che è dotato di una griglia fissa con canali di scarico e di una girante a coltelli incavi. La pasta prodotta cade nella gramola sottostante, dove un apposito agitatore a forma elicoidale effettua la preparazione. Un motovariatore invia quindi la pasta al decanter dove avviene la separazione: da una parte esce l’olio, dall’altra l’acqua e la sansa. Una pompa situata allo scarico effettua l’evacuazione.

Le parti a contatto con il prodotto sono in acciaio inox AISI 304 o materiale ad uso alimentare.

Bisogna inoltre tener conto delle nuove tecniche di trasformazione che impongono tempi e metodi da rispettare. Le olive devono essere raccolte al momento giusto di maturazione in base alla cultivar, defogliate, lavate e lavorate entro 4-6 ore ad una temperatura inferiore ai 25° C. Le variabili di lavorazione sulla frangitura, gramolazione, estrazione sono indispensabili per ottenere prodotti personalizzati. Una buona filtrazione dell’olio e una corretta conservazione, ad una temperatura compresa tra i 13° C e i 20° C, garantiscono durata e qualità del prodotto.

SPREMOLIVA

Spremoliva -Per produrre l'olio extra vergine d'oliva in famiglia.

Spremoliva è una macchina innovativa, funzionale e compatta, capace di effettuare inununico cilindro/ decanter la frangitura, la gramolatura, l'estrazione dell'olio extravergine d'oliva e lo scarico delle sanse.

Spremoliva lavora circa 10 Kg di olive alla volta. Tutto il ciclo di lavorazione dura circa 1h e non è necessaria nessuna taratura. Il prodotto estratto è di qualità eccezionale, poiché durante l'estrazione non si verificano situazioni di snervamento della pasta né di riscaldamento, e senza ossidazione dato che tutto avviene inuncilindro chiuso.

Tutte le parti a contatto con il prodotto sono costruite in acciaio Inox AISI 304 e inmateriale ad uso alimentare. Spremoliva è un brevetto internazionale.

FRANTOINO

FRANTOINO has been designed to satisfy the needs of the small sized extra-virgin oil olive producer. Operation is very easy: once the olives have been properly cleaned and washed they are poured into the receiving hopper where a screw feeds the crusher that is equipped with fix grate and hollow knife impeller. The paste produced fall into the lower mixer, where an helicoidally shaped stirrer prepares it. A pump with a speed change gear sends the paste to the decanter where separation takes place: oil from the front and waste mixed with water from the back of the machine. The whole frame is made of AISI 304 STAINLESS STEEL and food-grade material.
